Evidence for a God

Christians: if we don’t take God seriously, why should anybody else? More people would believe in God if Christians actually practiced Christianity. We can’t say “I believe in God” and then go on living like He doesn’t exist! When we put God on the back burner in our life we are telling other people “Yes, I believe in an Almighty God who created the universe and everything in it, including me…but He’s not worth my time.” Is God, God or not? If He’s not, let’s quit pretending that He is and just go on living for ourselves. If He is, let’s hold Him up as God and live for Him. Just as the creation proves a Creator, so should our Christianity (actions) prove Christ. When it comes down to it the greatest evidence for God is a people who not only proclaim that God is their Master, but live as if He truly is.
